We’re going to Egypt today- Get ready for some pyramids in your workout!  Try this and more ab workouts at home. Directions: This workout is completed as a pyramid. You will complete 7 sets of each exercise. Complete the following reps for each set for every exercises. Set 1: 10 Set 2: 15 Set 3: 20 Set 4: 25 Set 5: 20 Set 6: 15 Set 7: 10 Using these Exercises: 1.  Mountain Climbers 2.  V-Ups 3.  Plank alternating Hands to Elbows 4.  Hello Dollies 5.  Roll Ups
